Return Policy

    Please call us prior to returning at  978-568-8000 or you may email customer service at service@buymoparpartsnow.com if you have any questions.

Returns are accepted in any of the following situations:

 

  • Did Not Need: If an item is purchased and you ended up not needing it. No problem, but the buyer will be responsible for returning and exact shipping it cost us to get it to you.
  • Wrong Part: If it was verified by us that it is the correct part or will work in place of and we are wrong we will take responsibility. If an item was never verified by us that it was correct fitment for your vehicle, than up to a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping may be removed from the refund amount. In some cases a quick email can save a ton of aggravation.
  • Part Is Defective: All Mopar Parts carry a two year unlimited mileage warranty* Some exclusions apply Click here for more info It is very rare but does happen on occasion that a Mopar part is defective. In this case we can do one of 3 things.

1. Supply you with the information that is needed to have your local Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealer do a parts warranty.

2. You can ship the item back to us and we will ship out a replacement.

3. You can pay a deposit and we will ship out another item. You return the defective item and once it has been received at our facility we will issue a credit for the deposit.

 

***** Please note in ALL cases, items returned for credit MUST be in their original OEM packaging (bag/box ect.) in good re-saleable condition *****

 

  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be un-opened, and in the original packaging.
  • No returns on used parts.
  • No returns on installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • All returns must be processed with 5 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
